Here are 4 of the top premium web hosting companies which are ideal for those taking their businesses seriously. I’ve done the research as a WordPress geek.
By no means is this an exhaustive list. But if you’re looking for high quality and reliability, then these will have you covered and protected in your online business pursuits.
Choosing Premium Web Hosting
There are numerous reasons why you’d want to choose a premium hosting provider over GoDaddy, Hostgator, Bluehost and the rest.
These include:
- Speed – These guys can invest into more resources
- Reliability – I’m at 100% uptime and loving it
- Customer Service – Pick up the phone and speak to a real company rep!
- Global Servers – I can nominate web servers depending on my traffic flow
Yes, these are 5 to 10 times more expensive. But if you’re taking your internet marketing business seriously, you’ll have to invest in quality.

With that aside, let’s begin with what I believe are the 4 best premium hosting companies available in 2019. I’ve written this from the perspective of a WordPress user.
Flywheel Hosting
After hosting with Hostgator for 8 years, I decided to jump ship. I’m glad I found Flywheel, or better yet, they found me through their Instagram ads.
If you’re looking for superior customer service, from a company who actually cares about your websites and business success, then look no futher.
WP Engine
Unlike Flywheel, WP Engine comes with the Genesis Framework, for which I’m a huge fan. This saves a small fortune and a key reason that I also host with WP Engine.
Their customer service isn’t as great though is locally based here in Brisbane, Australia. I love their speeds and reliability, but their on-boarding experience was minimal.
Kinsta
I found these guys to be a little expensive for my needs, simply because I was ever-so-slightly above their minimum package. Their branding also didn’t fit my vibes…but that shouldn’t stop most people.
If you search online for customer experiences, you’ll find Kinsta as one of the best premium web hosting companies around. Certainly you’ll do just fine.
SiteGround
I have, at this time of writing, no experiences with SiteGround. I can see however that there are thousands of satisfied customers on board. For this reason, they have made the list!
SiteGround has been around for years as one of the world’s premium hosting service providers. These guys are certainly one that I’m keen to check out next!
In summary
If you’re looking for cheap, you won’t find it here. For beginners, I would absolutely recommend the cheaper plans when you’re starting out. Save your capital to invest
After several years, as your traffic grows, then it’s time to consider a premium hosting provider for your WordPress websites. These 4 hosting companies will absolutely have you covered!
